Giving jewelry as a gift is, of course, most enjoyable when it remains a surprise! That's why we help you determine the best size to give, and you can also exchange your gift after giving it, or the engagement ring after the proposal, for the correct size free of charge.

Free Exchange
You do your best to order the right size, but if after giving the gift it turns out that the size is not perfect, you can exchange the ring free of charge. You will receive a return label from us with which you can return the jewelry free of charge.

Aurore Jewelry certificate

With every piece of jewelry, you receive an Aurore Jewelry certificate. This certificate lists the most important specifications and the minimum diamond quality of your jewelry. In this way, the certificate confirms the authenticity and guarantees the high quality of your valuable Aurore piece. The certificate also serves as proof of warranty.

Every diamond is unique and is assessed based on the 4 C's: color, clarity, cut, and carat weight. For the Aurore collection, we exclusively select diamonds that meet our strict and high-quality requirements.

For all diamonds smaller than 0.50 ct, we use a minimum color G - Rare White / Fine white. These diamonds appear bright, white, and beautifully clear to the naked eye.

From 0.50 ct onwards, we select each diamond individually and only work with diamonds from the colorless color category:

• D – Exceptional White+
• E – Exceptional White
• F – Rare White+

For clarity, we work with VS- (Very Slightly Included) and VVS- (Very Very Slightly Included) diamonds.

IGI Certificate

For all diamonds from 0.50 ct, you will receive an official, diamond-specific certificate from the International Gemological Institute (IGI), a globally recognized and independent gemological institute.

Every certified diamond is provided with a unique IGI number, which is microscopically engraved on the girdle of the stone. This number corresponds directly to the accompanying certificate and thus forms the unique identification of your diamond.

You will receive the physical IGI certificate directly with your jewelry. Additionally, the characteristics and quality of your diamond can always be verified and found in IGI's international database.
